We were very thankful that my mom was able to come stay with us from the first night we got home to Christmas night. During those two weeks, let's just say that there was a lot of "Grandma-Collin Bonding Time" going on! Mom was such a great help, and I don't think she minded *too* much holding Collin when I needed some extra sleep!

Collin Comes Home!
We were VERY excited to make our way home from the hospital. While we had good care while there, there's just something about being HOME (and not being woken up all night by nurses)!

While she was here, I had my mom record a book for Collin. I had seen it about a month ago in the store, and walked by it...and then I thought...you know, it would be pretty neat to have my mom's voice recorded for Collin to hear, since she probably won't get to see him very often. So, on Christmas Eve...while everyone else was sleeping, Mom and I worked on having her record a Christmas book for Collin...and I must say, I think it's one of my most treasured memories! Now Collin will always be able to hear Grandma Seehusen's voice every Christmas!!
